In anticipation of the Discussion Forum for this week, you might have already read Chapters 10 through 13, Pages 163 - 227?
Considering the reading for this week what are the 10 characteristics that an international manager ought to possess and why in order to successfully compete in the global race for profitable growth? The description of the Organizational Environment, in Chapters 10 through 13, points or reveals the assets a geocentric manager needs to have to lead or manage an organization or a department which is involved with a foreign or international environment.
Please list 10 characteristics and label them with the appropriate numbers (1 through 10), and in ranking order of importance to you and why. Indicate the Chapter heading and the page number where these characteristics matter to accomplish a specific job as described in the text?
